Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are refundable 4 weeks or more before the event. After that point, you will receive a refund if your tickets are sold when released. If you would like to transfer a ticket reach out with your name and the name of the guest you would like to transfer it to.

Is there an age limit?

Yes, all attendees must be 18+ unless otherwise noted. IDs will be checked upon arrival. 21+ guests ordering alcohol must present an ID when ordering.

I don’t have anyone to go with, can I go alone?

Of course! Many of our guests who have attended multiple events, began as solo-goers.

I am disabled, can you accommodate me?

We do our best to choose venues with wheelchair access. Occassionally we are given opportunities to work with historic spaces that have less accessibility. If you have any specific concerns, Contact Us!

Is there a dress code?

Our events have a high fantasy and formal dress code. We welcome all interpretations of the events’ themes. No fake/real weapons are allowed.

Will there be food and alcohol?

Each event is unique. Most event tickets include unlimited non-alcoholic drinks. 21+ guests must present an ID to order at the bar.

Will discounted tickets be available?

We do our best to price tickets as affordably as we can with the experience enhancements that are included in your ticket. Because of this, we will very rarely offer discounts on tickets.
