The Fae Multiverse Ball Guest Information

Dearest fae,

In less than two weeks, portals will open so that fae from folklore, page, and screen may celebrate an evening of dancing and revelry. Below is your guide for the evening including itinerary, activities, and how to get there.

Venue and Entry

The Supermarket: 638 N Highland Ave NE, Atlanta 30306 

Please plan ahead for traffic and parking, as it can be unpredictable in Atlanta. The Supermarket’s main entrance is located between Big Softie and Colette Bakeshop leading you down a hallway and a staircase. See a helpful mapin the FAQs here and watch our reel on Instagram here! 

 Need no stairs? We got you! Signage is in the works but, in the meantime, please call to be escorted to the back entrance, also shown in the Instagram reel. Please also give us a heads up by responding directly to this email :) (404) 458-1738.

Parking

I always recommend carpooling and ride-sharing. Plan ahead for traffic and parking to ensure you arrive on time.

• Limited Parking spots in front of The Shops at Otto's on N. Highland Ave. Must register with ParkMobile. Free for 1 hr before 6pm. Paid after 6pm. (Zone# 3241)

• Small lot beside Otto’s Apartment Hotel at N. Highland and Blue Ridge. Must register with ParkMobile. (Zone# 3240). Do not park in 'resident only' spots.

• Public lot at N. Highland and Ponce (behind and in front of Plaza Theatre). "Scan to Pay" signs. Mon-Sat: 7am-10pm. Free for 15 min. $5 for 1hr, +$1 for each added.

• Six story deck at 675 N. Highland Ave. $5-$6 for up to 2hr, +$1 for each hr added. $14 daily max.

Arrival and Itinerary

We will check in guests using their order confirmation numbers and name used for purchase. Guests must have an ID to purchase alcohol.

6:45pm Doors Open, check-in begins

7:25: Opening remarks

7:30pm: Dance Instruction with Kat of Atlanta Historic Dance

8:30pm - 11pm DJ Dance Party with DJ Audioprism begins

9:30pm Costume Contest and Raffle Announcements

11pm Event Concludes, closing remarks

Food & Beverages

There will be a full cash bar available with some CBD and adaptogenic beverages. This event does not include food, so make sure you eat before you arrive! Below is a list of restaurants and snacks nearby:

Activities and Vendors

We will have a complimentary Tarot Reader and Runes Caster! These will be first-come, first-serve with sign-up sheets.

We will also have 5 vendors selling a variety of magical goods.

Feeling over-stimulated? We will have a room where you may make flower crowns and friendship bracelets should you wish to take a break from the noise!

We will also have a charity raffle for future event tickets and gifts from our vendors!

Photography

All guests will get to take professional portraits taken in our photobooth by Cassie Rae. Jana will be taking candids throughout the night and Edgar will be getting video content. Photo galleries will be sent to guests 2-3 weeks after the event.

Dress Code and Costume Contest

The dress code is elevated fantasy, no formal wear required! Come as an original character or your favorite from folklore, page, or screen.

Prop and real weapons are not allowed.

Safety and Conduct

As a precaution, we will have a security guard for this event since it will have over 100 guests and a bar. Anyone who is seen or reported to be behaving in a way that is unsafe or inappropriate will be removed immediately. These events are meant to support community and making friends but are not intended to be for meeting other singles to date. Please respect other guests’ personal space and follow social cues if you do not know them.
